Napsta has been in the advertising industry for 14 years. His work experience includes working as a Copywriter and Creative Director for advertising agencies like Wunderman, The Jupiter Drawing Room, Metropolitan Republic, FCB Joburg, McCann Worldgroup, TBWA/Hunt Lascaris, and Ogilvy & Mather. He has received multiple gold awards and Grand Prix awards for various campaigns like the MTN ‘Ayoba’ Integrated FIFA World Cup Campaign, Vuzu TV, Toyota Radio Campaign and Absa Radio Campaign to name a few.
Outside of Advertising, this young creative entrepreneur is also a dynamic multifaceted comedian, actor and voice-over artist. His 4 one-man show specials have been featured on M-Net and Showmax, he has been the face of various brands like Vodacom, Toyota and Wimpy for their brand TV campaigns, and is the current voice of Game Stores for all the brand’s radio and television commercials.
Napsta is involved in community work that helps expose previously disadvantaged black youth to the creative industry. He is also passionate about transformation within the creative sector and runs a non-profit organization called “Bula Circle”, which aims to open up the industry and develop small black agencies and creative entrepreneurs within the advertising industry, while championing transformation issues experienced by small black agencies and creative entrepreneurs within the creative industry.
