Over the past 20+ years, Mike has held positions at Unilever, SAB Miller, Cadbury, and Kraft Foods in South Africa, as well as Mondelez Europe based in Zurich. In 2014, he returned to South Africa to take the helm as CMO for KFC Africa, a position he held for three years before embarking on a “Futures” academic journey to further the cause for business being a force for good, an objective he aims to achieve by driving pro-planet and pro-people as values that hang together with being pro-profit.

He has been recognised on numerous occasions for his marketing excellence, the most recent being the 2017 Loeries Marketing and Innovation Leader of the Year.
