Simon Camerer

Simon Camerer is Principal at BrandSpring Advisory, through which he provides consulting, mentoring and advisory services across marketing, customer experience and business strategy. He serves on the board of Business and Arts South Africa (BASA) and as a Business Mentor for Endeavor South Africa.

His executive career spans senior international roles at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), Saatchi and Saatchi, the Walt Disney Company in Europe, and Cell C, where he served as CMO. He spent 11 years at Multichoice in several commercial roles, notably Chief Customer Officer and Chief Marketing and Sales Officer, before serving as Chief Operating Officer for Multichoice South Africa.

Simon holds a BA from Stellenbosch University and an MBA from Thunderbird, the American Graduate School of International Management. He has attended executive programmes at Harvard, INSEAD, IMD, GIBS and Singularity University.

When not thinking about customers and campaigns, Simon spends his time with his family and on his bike.
