Ravi Pillay

Ravi Pillay is a faculty member at Wits Business School specialising in strategy, marketing and stakeholder collaboration.

He has held executive leadership roles across Africa, including Marketing, Communications and Public Affairs Director for Nestlé’s East and Southern Africa Region, and previously served as South Africa’s Commercial Attaché in Switzerland.

Ravi serves on several boards, including FoodForward South Africa and the Consumer Goods & Services Ombud, and is co-founder of the Food Safety Leadership Initiative. His interests include strategic leadership, brand reputation, governance and multi-stakeholder partnerships.
