Mosala Phillips

Mosala Phillips is Chief Marketing Officer of Old Mutual Limited. He joined the Group in 2021 following more than 21 years of experience across the consumer goods and financial services industries, with extensive experience across multiple brands and geographies in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

He has lived and worked in South Africa, Switzerland, Kenya and Ghana. Prior to joining Old Mutual, he spent nearly 16 years at Procter and Gamble, where his final role was Senior Director: Brand and Commercial Head for South Africa, responsible for developing brand plans to grow market share, revenue and profit, and for leading the country marketing organisation.

Mosala holds a BSc in Electrical Engineering from the University of Cape Town.
