After starting his career at Unilever, Rob spent 16 years in the Marketing team at SABMiller. He then joined Blue Label Telecoms as Chief Marketing Officer and now runs Incrementum, an organisation that helps companies deliver growth, through optimising the Customer Experience. In addition, he has served as a Director on South Africa’s 2010 Bid Board, a Judge for the South African Sports Industry Awards and as the Chairman of The Sports Trust.
