Mosala Phillips
Chief Marketing Officer at Old Mutual Limited

Mosala is the Chief Marketing Officer of Old Mutual Limited. He joined the Group in 2021 following more than 16 years of experience in the FMCG industry, with extensive experience across multiple brands and geographies in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

He has lived and worked in South Africa, Switzerland, Kenya and Ghana.  Prior to joining Old Mutual, he was Senior Director: Brand and Commercial Head at Procter & Gamble South Africa, responsible for developing brand plans to grow market share, revenue and profit. He was also responsible for leading the marketing organisation, including talent management and development.

Qualification: BSc in Electrical Engineering (University of Cape Town)
