Anna-Marie is passionate about marketing strategy and brands. As Head of Marketing and Sales for Trace, she is responsible for overseeing the strategy, planning, development, and execution of all marketing, sales and digital initiatives for the Trace Southern Africa business. Her role includes providing leadership and motivating actions towards the achievement of target growth and profitability in line with the company’s purpose (entertainment and empowerment of Afro-urban youth) and values.
Her passion lies in brand purposefulness and more specifically in supporting businesses to live with purpose and make a positive impact in the world around them. She devotes her spare time to giving talks and lectures to improve strategic conversations.
